In order to achieve significant weight loss, you need to walk at a brisk pace. Switch up your walking routine by increasing the intensity or walk uphill to burn more calories.

If you add 30 minutes of brisk walking to your daily routine, you could burn about 150 more calories a days. To lose a pound a week, you generally need to eliminate 500 calories a day. Of course, the more you walk and the quicker your pace, the more calories you will burn.

Keep in mind, balance is most important for walking. Overdoing it can increase your risk of soreness, injury and burnout.


2. Sleep Better:

If you want to look better, the most common suggestion is “eat less and move more.” But it is not that simple. Sometimes you want to eat less and move more, but it seems impossible to do so.
